The rough conclusion of the writer of the piece is that the “shock and awe” thing didn’t work. Is it just me, or does this whole thing smack of the airpower will win everything and it will be easy didn’t work this time. It did work in Afghanistan and Serbia, so maybe it would be interesting to ask why. Bet it wouldn’t work in Korea though.
