Pinnacle is the only consumer package I know that can handle that. $80 for Sutdio Plus and $100 with MediaSuite. The MediaSuite includes Jasc Paint Shop and also audio editing with Steinber WaveLab.
Most folks however report that “stability”:http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1873438,00.asp is the real problem iwth Pinnacle. While simpler than Adobe Premiere, it just crashes more. What a tradeoff!
