Wow, skype has been changing their offerings again. Now they have an unlimited long distance plan to any of 36 countries for 8 euros (about $10) per month.

I am also on Skype Pro which is their older plan. This lets you have for $24/month a skype in number which is a regular phone number which then rings to your skype on your computer or to any of mobile phones you have.

Also they have something called Skype to Go which means you get an access number in Australia or China, you can call it and then use it as a way to then make an international call atl Skype rates. So you buy a prepaid SIM in those countries and then you are never paying roaming again!
