Well if you are using a VPN regularly for privacy reasons, you can see definite slowdowns or outright denials. Reddit picked it up first, but apparently Amazon is blocking VPN addresses, trying to go to Canada or perhaps to obfuscated will help.
Apparently people are using VPNs to get into other countries (like the US) to get lower prices.
I’ve also seen this on various banking sites as well…
