I’ve always loved this song by Elton John and thought it was just about two brothers leaving, but saw being a “Cold Case”:http://www.tv.com/cold-case/show/16989/summary.html mainly because of its great “Soundtrack”:http://www.tv.com/cold-case/the-war-at-home/episode/835342/summary.html?tag=ep_list;title;1 I found out that the song has a missing set of lyrics. Apparently, it was really about a fictional Vietnam vet who has lost his sight and was headed out of the US to live in Spain. Totally change the meaing when you know about the lost “lyric”:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20061029192014AAOqV51. Most amazing the “song”:http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=2350 was written recorded in just one day.
