mac: Text to Speech and Speech to Text

Apple has made it really hard to find settings, they are buried everywhere, but in System Settings > Control Center > Clock > Clock Options you can select Announce the Time and use Pomodoro so this means every 30 minutes I get an update.

Zoe for English at highest quality

The default voice is just OK, but if you want a nice demonstration with OpenWebUI, then you need to download this voice. But again, this is nearly impossible to find got to System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > System voice. Now click on the (i) icon onto the right and then click on the Zoe Premium and you should have it

Personal Voice

I actually cannot figure out how to get to this, so I have to go to System Settings and do a search for Personal Voice. It is time consumer, you hit Create Personal Voice and Share across devices and Allow applications to use your Personal Voice,

The Create Personal Voice needs 150 phrases so I’m only at 15, I’ll report back later.
