“No. 50 Moganshan Rd”:http://com.miami.edu/china/index.php?subaction=showcomments&id=1153121941&archive=&start_from=&ucat=6& ?????50? not dry mountain? is a renovated power plant that has some amazing art and sculpture that is at the cutting edge of art in China. It is mainly post-modern stuff and really interesting. The artists live in their galleries, you can see the little day beds and things everywhere.

It is quite hard to find in the Putuo District ?????so get good directions, but there are amazing hutong everywhere that are being rapidly demolished for high rise construction.

Some of the cool artist there include Xie Rong (??) in No 113, Building 4 with really amazing photographs contrasting modern and old china in Shanghai. Also, Mr. Iron (“mr-iron.com”:http://www.mr-iron.com) has some amazing iron sculptures in Building 4, First Floor,
