VIA Arena Forums – Windosw 2000 data corruption on VIA Apollo266 with mirrored Promise
This seems close to my problem. Data corruption with Promise RAID controller and some versino of NT. Appears to be some kind of bug with the 4-in-1 driver. Worked fine once it went all native XP. I think I did install the 4-in-1 driver a while ago, so I’ll try mirror one more time with the latest 4-in-1. If this doesn’t work I’ll uninstall it all and start with pure XP.
