STP Training Miles

Group Health Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic: Ride Information and Description. Well, the STP is coming and time to see how far off we are on training. There is really no way to prepare for a ride this long, but this is a good way to get a sense of where we need to be. The long and short of it is that I’m behind. Basically doing 45 miles per week and need to be up at 110 with a 70 mile trianing ride now. Yikes! Get on the bike.
