Well with all the market turmoil, it’s more than important to do the right financial analysis. If you don’t want to pay a lot for it, what are some of the great resources:
- MarketWatch. I’ve found that they have some great information particularly the quarterly financial data and pretty free.
- YCharts. The main benefit is that they have really great charts that are super useful. They have a nice trial program, so if you are going to use them, then use it in doing great charts. For instance I just did a set doing comparable stock prices for the last ten years and their charts were great. What is great is being to do comparables across an entire portfolio or industry sector.
- Koyfin. Most folks say that it is a Bloomberg terminal but it is free (for now). It really does have a nice display that shows what is happening on the market right now. A good way to feel like a great stock trader.
