Wow, cool to have an indoor grill in the winter…Here are some good recipes for halibut and scallops. Main thing is to make sure the grill is well oiled so the fish doesn’t stick
Combine all ingredients, except the halibut, in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Preheat grill. Place halibut steaks on grill and cook on each side for about 5 minutes basting with sauce. Grill until done. Halibut should be opaque through to the middle and flake easily with a fork.
Mix together oil and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Baste scallops and place on oiled grate. Grill until opaque, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
