I had no idea it was this bad. Basically dSLR, mirror less and compact cameras are all in a sales crash. No one is sure why, but it does seem as though most folks just are fine with a camera phone 🙁

1) DSLR shipment dropped down to the lowest level since two years.
2) While mirrorless shipment to EU slightly increased (from 39,483 in December to 48,321 in January) and America where constant the shipment in Japan surprisingly dropped in Japan.
It’s really a challenging time for all companies producing system cameras! I am now wondering if sales will ever go up again…
