This is the hardest core of the hotels. If you don’t stay there once a year, you lose all your points. The only solution is to use up the points if you can’t stay there.
You can donate the points to save trees. You get eight trees for 2,000 points. Alternatively you can use their mall and buy something.
It is not a great redemption at their online store. Something like 0.5 cents a point, but for instance, for 2,000 points, you can get an iPhone Case. Better than nothing.
